Overview

In this role you will help shape Preply's CRM platform and automation, driving impactful communication with millions of learners and tutors. You will contribute across backend, frontend, and data-driven experimentation to scale personalized experiences. The role blends hands-on delivery with technical leadership to improve reliability, performance, and product outcomes. Join a cross-functional team to push AI-enhanced workflows and cross-market optimization at integral scale. Responsabilidades

- Evolve the CRM platform and automation, implementing AI-assisted workflows and templating to speed and reliability of campaign delivery
- Develop backend features in Python/Django and integrate with third-party vendors and the CRM/communications stack
- Build frontend experiences in React/TypeScript and contribute to experimentation frameworks and best practices
- Lead complex initiatives from discovery to deployment, owning solutions over their lifecycle
- Raise engineering standards through reviews, mentorship, and adoption of best practices
- Partner with Product, Data, and UX to validate hypotheses and maximize customer value via experimentation
- Shape system architecture for scalability, reliability, maintainability, and developer productivity
- Navigate trade-offs,

Requisitos principales

- Full-stack expertise across backend and frontend
- Experience delivering internal tooling or automation that others rely on
- Ability to produce production-ready email and templating work with understanding of rendering constraints
- AI expertise with hands-on use of Agentic AI and ability to influence architecture and safety nets
- Experience designing large-scale web applications and APIs with scalable patterns
- Demonstrated technical leadership and influence on architectural decisions
- Product-minded with ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions
- Proactive problem-solving in ambiguous contexts and independent initiative
- Ownership and accountability with track record from concept to delivery
- Strong collaboration and communication across engineering, product, design, and data; English level B2+
