Overview

In this Manager role, you will lead daily operations across OTG’s diverse concepts, ensuring smooth service and high energy. You’ll drive operational excellence, uphold safety and quality standards, and keep guests happy while managing budgets. You’ll own scheduling, staffing, and onboarding to set Crewmembers up for success, fostering a positive and respectful workplace. This role supports the company’s guest-centric mission in fast-paced airport environments and offers growth in a dynamic team. Responsabilidades

- Lead daily operations across OTG’s diverse concepts (retail, QSR, full-service)
- Ensure food & beverage quality and presentation standards
- Own scheduling and staffing to maintain top-tier service
- Design and implement onboarding and training plans for new Crewmembers




- Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating workplace
- Champion safety and ensure compliance with OTG policies and safety standards
- Address audits (Coyle + NSF) with corrective actions
- Communicate OTG policies clearly using the Crewmember Handbook and CBA

Requisitos principales
- 3–5 years in management in full-service restaurants or retail
- hospitality degree preferred
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- versátil availability for early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays
