Overview In this role you will lead expert presales and business development for Fraud Management solutions within telecom-focused environments. You'll partner with sales, engineering, and services to design compelling, client-aligned solutions and move opportunities toward closure. You will present impact-focused demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and support post-order knowledge transfer to delivery teams.

This role combines domain expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and market insight to drive growth and position the company as a fraud-management thought leader.

Responsabilidades

- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations focusing on business impact
- Prepare detailed, accurate responses to RFPs and technical proposals
- Scope and design technical solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Engage stakeholders to secure support and adapt solutions
- Monitor and flag risks during the sales process
- Collaborate with Sales to identify, develop, and close opportunities through POC and business case development
- Represent the company as a fraud-management domain expert in external forums
- Stay current on industry trends and market developments in Fraud Management
- Identify opportunities for fraud-related services in collaboration with sales and clients




- Support knowledge transfer to implementation teams post-order closure
- Aim for profitable sales growth across assigned products, markets, channels or teams

Requisitos principales
- 5-8 years in telecom services, solutions vendors, or consultancies in presales or consulting roles
- 3-4 years of demonstrable experience in Fraud Management presales or consulting
- Experience implementing and integrating Fraud Management solutions
- Experience leading large teams in process analysis, redesign, and remediation of controls
- Familiarity with leading Fraud Management tools and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to define fraud-related business, technical, and functional requirements with clients
- Strong writing and presentation skills for executive audiences

- Deep expertise in Fraud Management (telephony fraud, fraud analysis, investigations, prevention controls, AI/ML/analytics)
