Overview

As Project Engineer in TOMRA Food’s Customer Solutions Delivery team, you will drive the design and execution of bespoke customer projects in the food sorting and processing domain. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Operations, Procurement, Project Management and Service to move concepts from design to commissioning. You’ll produce 3D models and 2D layouts, manage multiple projects, and ensure safe, compliant installations. This role offers hands-on impact in shaping project delivery at scale with a focus on safety, quality and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades
- Scope and estimate bespoke solutions during quotations
- Review specifications and ensure project compliance
- Conduct on-site risk assessments and follow-up actions
- Create 3D models using SolidWorks
- Develop 2D plant layouts with AutoCAD
- Create project-specific P&IDs;,



electrical lists and third-party interfaces
- Perform site visits for measurements and installation assessments
- Maintain and update engineering documentation
- Oversee multiple projects across the TOMRA FOOD portfolio
- Support engineering change processes and documentation control
- Collaborate with Sales, Service and Production to ensure successful delivery

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 3 years in a design-related engineering role
- Proficiency in 3D modelling and 2D drawings
- SolidWorks experience required
- Experience in the food industry or related field
- Experience creating engineering documentation and drawings
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Valid driving license
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Strong written and verbal communication
