About the Role

This is a high-ownership SDR role at a fast-growing AI communication SaaS startup, where you will own the full Italian-speaking top-of-funnel pipeline from first contact through to qualified demo handoff. Your impact is immediate and visible, and top performers have a clear path to closing deals themselves within months.

What You'll Do

- Qualify inbound leads from the marketing team daily, assessing fit and demo readiness.

- Execute multi-channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and experimental channels to build pipeline.

- Design, test, and iterate on outbound sequences, measuring conversion results and refining your approach.

- Onboard new customers and support their early success before handoff.

- Contribute to shaping SDR processes and playbooks as the team scales.

- Own the prospect relationship end-to-end, delivering warm and well-qualified opportunities to Account Executives.

What We're Looking For

- Native Italian speaker with strong English communication skills.

- 1 years of sales experience in outbound, telesales, or B2B SaaS environments.





- Demonstrated ability to qualify leads and run multi-channel outreach campaigns.

- Experience building and testing sales sequences with a hypothesis-driven, results-measured approach.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools for managing outbound campaigns.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and biased toward action in a fast-moving startup environment.

- Willingness to temporarily relocate to Vienna for 1 to 2 months for onboarding and cultural immersion.

- Experience in AI or technology product sales is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: 45,000 to 70,000 EUR annually, with uncapped commission upside. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

On-site in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. A short-term relocation to Vienna, Austria for onboarding is expected during the first 1 to 2 months.
