Allianz Technology is bringing more operating entities onto Salesforce under central governance ahead of a major transition wave. Build and maintain the onboarding roadmap for incoming operating entities and business units. Gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions, running fit-gap analysis where needed. Coordinate stakeholders on scope, timeline, and readiness - including security and compliance prerequisites before go-live. Apply structured intake and governance practices: scoping, prioritization, and change control. 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Program/Project Manager on enterprise CRM platforms, with working knowledge of Salesforce governance: security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules. ~ Experience with structured intake and change control in a compliance-sensitive environment. ~ Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams, translating between the two with precision ~ Ready to start immediately ~ Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Administrator, or Cloud Consultant); We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl.
