Overview In this role you drive the performance of operations across multiple sites, owning metrics and strategy to deliver for customers. You will lead and develop a large team of leaders while ensuring safety and high standards. You'll plan long‐term and peak‐season initiatives, creating contingency plans and embedding best practices to boost quality, safety and productivity. You'll work closely with cross‐site teams to align operations with Amazon's mission and continuous improvement culture.

Responsabilidades

- Monitor operational metrics and business performance
- Contribute to planning the operational budget and labor planning
- Protect high standards of Health and Safety
- Strategic planning for 3, 6 and 12 months, with focus on peak-season planning
- Be accountable for operational leadership by measuring performance, giving feedback and providing development support




- Split time across several operational sites to coach teams and collaborate on planning
- Manage and motivate a team of leaders while pursuing long-term objectives
- Create contingency plans to keep operations running and mitigate disruptions
- Drive initiatives that boost quality, safety and productivity
- Be a source of accountability and a champion of best practice across the business

Requisitos principales
- Experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
