Your impact as Sales Consultant SupportAs a Sales Consultant Support , you will play a crucial role in the acquisition, onboarding, development, and retention of new clients, contributing directly to the sustainable growth of Spring GDS. Your efforts will help ensure client satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence through seamless coordination with Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams. You will act as a bridge between prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders, supporting an agile and high-performance commercial environment.

Who we're looking forEducation, Experience & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.Minimum of 2 years of experience in client prospecting or sales support roles.Experience in the logistics or e-commerce sector is highly valued.Fluent English (B2 level or higher) is required.Key CompetenciesProven ability in commercial prospecting and client engagement.Strong commercial and negotiation skills.Understanding of CRM systems and data analysis tools.Knowledge of logistics services, particularly for e-commerce.Personal QualitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive and driven by results.Customer-oriented mindset.Adaptability and problem-solving ability in a dynamic environment.
