We are looking for a Space Technical Manager with experience in technical leadership of complex systems, systems engineering, architecture, integration, requirements management, and technical governance to join projects focused on leading the technical solution and ensuring consistency across requirements, architecture, interfaces, verification activities, and system baselines.

? What will you do?

- Govern system requirements, architecture, interface control documents (ICDs), technical trade-offs, and technical risks.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and technical disciplines.
- Lead and support technical reviews, including PDR and CDR milestones.
- Ensure coherence between system baselines, project planning, and integration, verification and validation (IV&V;) activities.
- Drive technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure successful delivery of complex space systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical leadership of complex systems.
- Strong experience in systems engineering, system architecture, and integration.
- Experience managing requirements, technical interfaces, and verification activities.




- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and technical reviews.
- English level B2 or higher, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

- Experience in space ground segment systems.
- Knowledge of SATCOM systems and ECSS standards.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS.
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
- Knowledge of Capella and UML modelling tools and frameworks.
