As part of our SAP Supply Chain organization at Fresenius Kabi, you will play a key role in shaping and transforming our global end-to-end supply chain planning landscape.

Our team drives the strategic design, standardization, and continuous optimization of SAP-based planning processes – connecting demand, supply, inventory, S&OP;, production planning, and detailed scheduling across a complex, international environment.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who brings both deep functional expertise and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, future-ready SAP planning solutions.

You will take ownership of designing and evolving our global planning solutions – with a strong focus on SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA PP/DS – while enabling seamless integration across our enterprise landscape.

Your responsibilities:

- Drive the design and architecture of SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA PP/DS solutions, covering Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP;, production planning, and detailed scheduling, ensuring alignment with upstream and downstream systems

- Shape and implement end-to-end planning processes, combining business requirements, best practices, and SAP standard capabilities

- Ensure integration across the broader SAP landscape, including SAP APO, and SAP ECC / S/4HANA, as well as the related master data, transactional data, and planning interfaces





- Play a key role in the global rollout and continuous evolution of our SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA PP/DS solutions

- Contribute to roadmap definition, project planning, and strategic initiatives in the planning domain

- Work closely with integral business stakeholders, process owners, and IT partners to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality solution delivery

Your qualifications:

- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Supply Chain and Production Planning projects, including Demand and Supply Network Planning as well as detailed production planning and scheduling
- Strong expertise in SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA PP/DS (SAP APO DP, SNP, gATP) is a plus)
- Deep understanding of end-to-end planning processes in complex, global environments
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP solution architectures
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in global, cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English
