Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day support to IT Production teams in budget forecasting, financial reporting and spend management.
- Monitor, manage and document the evolution of Resource Costs, Non-Resource Costs and Subco costs.
- Support the full contract lifecycle, from initiation through completion.
- Work closely with Tribe Leads, Contract Managers, Procurement and other stakeholders to ensure effective financial follow-up.
- Use relevant tools to initiate requests, monitor current spend and track follow-up actions.
- Manage the finance process end-to-end, ensuring all required steps are completed accurately and on time.
- Support departmental budget management from allocation and expense tracking through future forecasting.
- Analyse financial information, identify discrepancies or risks and provide clear follow-up to stakeholders.

Experience Required

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Performance Management,



budget management or a closely related financial/IT controlling role.
- Proven experience supporting departmental budgets, including allocation, expense tracking and forecasting.
- Strong Excel skills are mandatory.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a similar qualification.
- Fluent English and fluent Dutch or French.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process-driven, reliable, adaptable and collaborative approach.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with BNP Paribas tools and financial processes is an advantage.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
- Experience in a banking environment is an advantage.
