What is the Opportunity?

This is an opportunity to engage with top organisations and step into a B2B sales role. As a member of the Archers Business Development team , you will be allocated a technology specialism which you will grow and develop while receiving full training and mentorship.

You will start with a mix of qualified leads, prospecting, and booking meetings, with the view of progressing into leading client engagements and closing terms of business, allowing you to advance your career and manage the full end-to-end client sales cycle.

What you will have:

- Minimum 1 year in a sales role (B2C, B2B, BDR, SDR)
- Experience in a phone-based environment
- Ambition & drive to smash KPIs and Targets
- English-speaker
- EU passport and willingness to relocate to Malta
