We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Client Lead to act as the single point of accountability for the successful delivery of major a data centre project in Spain. You will provide end-to-end project management from pre-construction through to handover and close-out.
Represent client interests, lead consultant and contractor teams.
Define success factors, drive planning and delivery.
Own risk register and change control processes.
Oversee design compliance and technical quality.
Extensive project management of major capital works.




Proven track record managing €multi-million construction projects through full lifecycle (Stage 1–6).
Strong knowledge of Spanish regulations and permitting.
Fluent Spanish and English, with leadership gravitas.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools.
