Experteer Overview
In this role you will help shape the technical foundation of a brand-new game. You will work in a small team to drive core systems, architecture, tools, and development pipelines, balancing immediate needs with long-term health. You’ll translate broad goals into concrete plans, lead initiatives, and mentor teammates to improve code quality and performance. You join a mission-driven studio focused on scalable, maintainable game tech that enables designers and engineers to ship great experiences.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own complex technical initiatives spanning multiple game systems
• Clarify requirements, define approaches, and coordinate contributions to drive delivery
• Involve yourself in architecture and implementation decisions
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other disciplines to improve systems, workflows, tooling, and pipelines
• Provide technical guidance across the codebase and resolve challenging problems
• Mentor engineers and help establish practical standards for code quality, performance,



and maintainability
• Support teammates in ownership and sound technical decisions, driving platform improvements

Responsabilidades
• Extensive software development experience
• Strong experience with Unity and C#
• Strong understanding of software architecture and ability to adapt to new codebases
• Experience with complex codebases and scalable systems
• Experience creating and supporting tools and pipelines for game development
• Experience with mobile development and platform best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines (designers and engineers)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive mindset and drive initiatives independently
• Desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve
