Overview In this role you will contribute to urban development, regeneration, and regional planning projects within international teams. You will help shape master plans, feasibility studies, and sustainable strategies for urban and territorial initiatives in Uzbekistan. You work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues and support business development through technical and financial proposal preparation.

Responsabilidades

- Prepare urban development, regeneration, and regional planning studies
- Develop urban and regional Master Plans and feasibility studies for cities, industrial areas, and clusters
- Produce technical and economic feasibility analyses with emphasis on sustainability and climate adaptation
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and international projects




- Contribute to business development by supporting technical and financial proposal preparation for authorities and institutions

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor or Master level education in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields with relevant master's focus
- Proficiency in Uzbek and English
- 3–10 years of relevant experience in urban/regional planning
- Strong design capability and attention to detail
- Experience with GIS, Adobe Suite, and Office; AI tools/CAD/Rhino/Grasshopper is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively within Uzbekistan and stay away from Tashkent as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to deliver formal reports and presentations
