Video Conferencing Engineer - Full-stack

We are looking for Fixed term employees for 4months duration.

Fully Remote.

Immediate starters required.

The objective of this project is to support vendor selection through an extensive discovery, evaluation, and prototyping phase. We are seeking contractors with deep expertise in video conferencing platforms who can help assess solutions, validate technical assumptions, and develop proof-of-concept implementations.

Requirements:

- Deep, hands-on expertise with both Zoom and Webex is required. Candidates must have implemented solutions using each platform's SDKs and embedded meeting capabilities, including experience with custom ("build your own") meeting experiences.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end prototypes, including frontend, backend, infrastructure, authentication, and deployment.
- Experience evaluating vendor platforms and producing technical recommendations based on capabilities, limitations, scalability, security, operational requirements,



and licensing models.
- Strong understanding of video conferencing concepts, including meeting lifecycle management, participant controls, chat, screen sharing, recordings, moderation, and telemetry.
- Experience integrating third-party platforms using APIs, SDKs, OAuth, JWT, and webhook/event-driven architectures.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate in an exploratory environment with evolving requirements.
- Strong communication skills, including documenting findings, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.
- Preferred Experience
- Prior experience conducting enterprise software evaluations or proof-of-concepts.
- Experience defining integration architectures for embedded SaaS products.
- Familiarity with analytics, participation tracking, and event telemetry for virtual meetings.
