With a footprint across Asia, EMEA, and soon the Americas, they manage complex, cutting-edge logistics systems serving diverse markets. The Barcelona team is set to become a strategic hub for EMEA, collaborating closely with teams in China (10 support engineers) and the upcoming Americas group.

We're launching a new team of Application Support Engineers to form a core part of our global support operation. You’ll work within a 3-person technical team in Barcelona, focusing on internal user support (90%) and occasionally interfacing with key external clients (10%).

Your main responsibilities:

- Resolving incidents and ensuring business continuity

- Translating business needs into technical requirements

- Acting as a link between users and IT/development teams

- Supporting system improvements, releases, and new features

- Collaborating with international teams across regions





- Contributing to onboarding and training as the team grows

Tech stack:

SQL (advanced queries & troubleshooting), Proprietary Logistics Platform, CargoWise, SAP, TMS, ERPs (finance), Collaboration Tools (Teams, etc.), Agile mindset.

Requirements:

-

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in functional application support (L1/L2).

- Practical SQL experience for incident investigation, including SELECT queries, JOINs, filters and data analysis.

- Ability to understand business processes and act as a bridge between business users and technical/development teams.

- Experience with functional testing, UAT, change validation and/or application deployments. xcskxlj

- Fluent English (minimum B2–C1) and Spanish.
