The Quantum Nanophotonics Group at the Materials Physics Center investigates the interaction of structured and quantum light with matter at the nanoscale. The group combines fundamental and applied research in quantum optics, nanophotonics and quantum technologies, with a strong experimental component. Current research topics
include structured light, optical forces, chiral light-matter interactions, photonic sensing, optical manipulation, quantum communication technologies and quantum sensing. For more information, visit our web:

Candidates must hold a PhD in Physics, preferably in the field of Photonics, Optics, Nanophotonics or a related area. Experience in experimental optics, photonic sensing, optical manipulation, structured light, microscopy,



data acquisition and scientific programming will be highly appreciated. Background in chiral optics, optical forces or
nanophotonics will be considered an advantage.
