We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent to assist our French clients who have taken out our insurance plans. You’ll help customers with questions, claims, and service updates — always ensuring the best possible experience ?✨

? Responsiblities

?Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, partners, and suppliers.

?Provide advice, guidance, and solutions for customer queries and incidents.

?Keep customers informed about coverage, claim status, and resolutions.

?️Make follow-up calls on claims and collections.

?Apply cross-selling and retention techniques where applicable.

?Record all relevant data accurately in our systems.
