The role provides support to the finance team, particularly during month‑end closing and audit processes.
Financial & Accounting Management
Assume responsibility for accounting procedures.
Control and account for credit card transactions.
Banking, Cash Flow & Treasury
Maintain and update customer and supplier databases.
Manage employee expenses and perform related postings.
Reporting, Budgeting & Month‑End Closing
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Support Senior Accountant and Finance Director in resolving issues during closings and audits.
Tax & Compliance




~ Support tax management processes (SII, Intrastat, VAT, etc.).

Manage import/export documentation and Letters of Credit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English).
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Complete non‑regulated training in accounting (30–60 hours or more), as an advantage.
High level of Spanish (C1-C2).
Medium-high level of English (B2‑C1).
Demonstrate knowledge of cost accounting and reporting.
Demonstrate knowledge of risk analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Use financial software and MS Office proficiently.
Use Microsoft D365 (preferred/asset).
Hold valid work‑permit in Spain.
