Celonis Demo Engineering is the creative and technical engine of our Go-To-Market strategy. We are embarking on a high-stakes mission to build the Next-Gen Demo Factory - a world where AI agents and LLMs handle the heavy lifting of demo creation.
Architect Agentic Demo Builds: Lead the shift toward "Prompt-to-Demo" workflows, from Atlas mockups to in-product demos with Apollo. You will build and continuously improve AI agents to automate the generation of data stories, UI screens, and configurations from simple business requirements.
Elevate Field Delivery & Enablement: Create "Self-Service" agentic tools that allow Sales Reps and Solution Engineers to "chat" with a demo environment. Master the AI Demo Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end development**, release, and ongoing improvement** of our most strategic AI demo tools and assets. This includes identifying the highest-impact demo opportunities across pre-sales , prioritizing features, building solutions, and leading technical configuration and QA . Scale Through Automation:



Identify repetitive manual tasks in the demo lifecycle—from data cleaning to screen setup and build AI-driven tools/orchestrations to reduce manual effort and demo creation time .
Creative AI Storytelling: Use generative tools to translate complex data into visionary C-level narratives, ensuring our automated assets maintain a human-centric, high-impact quality.
A hunger to learn new technologies and hands-on proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a comparable programming language . You should be comfortable working with data, integrating AI models and APIs, and debugging the tools you build .
~ Cloud Platforms & Workflows: Experience building cloud-based workflows or applications using services such as Microsoft Azure and Azure Blob Storage.
Software Development & Delivery: Experience with GitHub, version control, deployment workflows, and maintaining web applications used by others.
Web Applications & UI/UX: Experience with frontend development and UI/UX design, turning complex AI capabilities into intuitive web applications.
Pioneer Innovation: Work with the integral leader in Process Mining and the Process Intelligence Graph to shape the future of AI-driven business operations.
