Solana Rooftop Madrid, the design-driven rooftop restaurant and bar, is seeking a Financial Controller to anchor the finances from pre-opening through stabilization.

You will oversee the books, control costs, and work closely with the Head of Operations and ownership in Madrid.

You will manage external accountants under Spanish GAAP, handle daily sales reconciliation, budget and forecast, xhfqzwm cash flow, payroll and tax filings, and implement robust internal controls to support a high-volume premium
