Develop long-term database strategy aligned with business objectives and technology roadmap
Evaluate and recommend database technologies, platforms, and architectures
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data requirements into effective solutions
Design and implement complex database architectures, includingOLTP systems
Develop data models, schemas, and normalization rules for data integrity




Optimize performance via indexing, query tuning, and monitoring
Design automation routines for Database Engineers
Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards
Develop data classification and retention strategies for compliance
Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information
Lead and manage database-related projects with cross-functional teams
8+ years of experience in DBA work, database architecture and design
Proven track record of leading complex database xhfqzwm projects and initiatives
Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and performance optimization
Experience with cloud-based database platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with data platforms for Microsoft SQL Server and Open Source technologies (Postgres and MySQL)
