Some Project Management roles are mainly about keeping track of a plan. This is not one of them.

We are looking for someone who wants to take real ownership of international accounts and projects : build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, contribute to proposals and make sure that what is promised turns into strong delivery.

You will work mainly on initiatives linked to UNICEF , with the possibility of contributing to projects involving UNRWA, UNEP and other international organizations .

The challenge brings together project management, business development and people leadership. You will need to move comfortably across all three areas and, above all, be willing to get into the detail when needed.

What will you do?

- Manage international projects and services end to end, ensuring scope, planning, quality and delivery commitments are met.




- Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and turn client needs into new initiatives.
- Take an active role in proposals, bids and presales processes.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams , helping them prioritize, remove blockers and stay focused on outcomes.
- Anticipate risks and deviations and propose solutions before they become issues.
- Connect commercial thinking with delivery to ensure proposed solutions are both viable and valuable.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across different countries and cultures .
