In this role you will help shape the Operations Data & AI domain by developing data products and AI use cases. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to build scalable datasets, pipelines, and dashboards that enable forecasting and process optimization. You will contribute to governance, documentation, and responsible AI use, while growing your expertise in data, analytics, and AI for operations. This is an early-career path that combines hands-on data development with exposure to AI, within a integral beauty company that values creativity and growth.

Build and maintain datasets, pipelines and transformations in cloud environments (primarily BigQuery)
Deliver data products, dashboards, and AI solutions to support forecasting and optimization




Prepare data for forecasting, optimization and AI use cases
Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable and well documented
Apply data quality, governance, privacy and traceability standards
Follow architecture, documentation and monitoring requirements
Collaborate with Operations stakeholders and cross-functional data teams
Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement within the domain squad
1–4 years in Data, Analytics, xqbhyrx AI, software development or related areas
Experience with cloud data platforms, ideally Google Cloud and BigQuery
Exposure to AI, analytics or machine learning use cases
Experience in operations, manufacturing or process optimization is a plus
strong communication
ability to translate business needs into practical data/AI solutions
SQL (strong)
Python (basic to intermediate)
Google Cloud tools, especially BigQuery
