Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and ensure strong in-store execution through excellent customer relationship management and field coordination.
Develop and grow key customer accounts, focusing on distribution, category management, and sales performance.
Define and execute annual customer plans, leveraging core range and new product development (NPD).
List new products in customer assortments and coordinate promotional calendars aligned with company standards.
Lead annual negotiations and monitor the implementation of trading terms and agreements.
Manage accurate sales forecasting monthly and ensure product availability by coordinating with distribution centers and wholesalers.
Control trade marketing budgets, analyze ROI of promotions, ensure customers profitability and track market trends to identify growth opportunities.




Prepare sales reports and insights and onboarding of new clients to cover white spots. xqbhyrx
Qualifications:
University degree
3–5 Years of Key Account Management Experience
Strong Market Insight
Sales Process Expertise
Financial Acumen
Strategic & Analytical Thinking
Excellent Negotiation & Influencing Skills
Team Player with Self-Drive
