- Experience developing access strategies and engaging senior institutional stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate teams without formal line authority.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and influencing capabilities.
- Strong digital proficiency and data literacy, including experience using dashboards, analytical tools, or AI-supported insights.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- A strong commitment to compliance, ethical decision-making, and patient-focused outcomes.
What will help you succeed
You will be comfortable operating autonomously in Spain’s decentralised healthcare environment and adapting your approach to different regional implementation pathways, formulary processes, budget priorities, and institutional stakeholders. You will combine strategic thinking with strong field execution, using evidence and customer insight to make timely decisions. Success will also require an enterprise mindset, personal accountability, and the ability to balance patient needs, trust, reputation, and business priorities.
