Overview

As Revenue Manager, you optimize profitability across lodging products by setting pricing, positioning, and inventory for the portfolio. You will partner with hotel leadership to steer transient, wholesale, and group pricing strategies and identify new revenue opportunities. You’ll communicate pricing and strategy to key stakeholders and nurture relationships with GMs, sales leaders, franchisees, and owners. This role blends data-driven analysis with strategic guidance to maximize RevPAR and total revenue in a luxury, brand-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

- Analyze revenue data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities
- Monitor reservation systems and distribution channels for accuracy and positioning
- Prepare periodic updates on transient demand and booking patterns
- Support pricing discussions and market strategy with hotel leadership




- Evaluate revenue tests and adjust strategies as market conditions change
- Ensure PDP and other diagnostics are used to maximize revenue and profitability
- Communicate market direction and performance to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and drive projects

Requisitos principales

- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year of related experience; OR 4-year bachelor's degree with no work experience
