Experteer Overview
In this role you will implement robust SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients and guide them on best practices aligned with the SuccessFactors roadmap. You will lead client walkthroughs, design and configure systems, and facilitate workshops to enable effective knowledge transfer. You’ll collaborate with international colleagues to drive innovation within SD Worx’s cloud offerings, shaping HR technology adoption for organisations. This is a hands-on, client‑facing role that combines technical setup with strategic HR process optimization.

Responsabilidades
• Fluency in Dutch and strong English proficiency
• SuccessFactors Associate Certification in at least one module
• Solid understanding of HR processes
• Strong communication skills for senior client stakeholders
• Proactive learner of SAP technologies
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and initiative-driven
• Comfort with fast-growing, dynamic environments
