The Role We're seeking a Cofounder with strong marketing expertise to drive growth and scale our mission. This is a true cofounder position - not simply a CMO hire. Core Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives Lead end-to-end campaign planning, implementation, and optimization Set and track marketing KPIs; use data-driven insights to refine approach Manage marketing budget and resource allocation Build and scale content marketing strategy Present marketing performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders Contribute to overall company strategy, fundraising, and business development Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices Required Background Must have: Proven hands-on marketing experience (both strategy and execution) Great to have: Additional expertise in branding, sales, operations, business development, or startup environments Ideal Cofounder Profile You are someone who:
