Experteer Overview
In this role you lead Welocalize teams on client premises or remotely to ensure localization projects are executed on time and to quality. You act as the main liaison between Welocalize and the client, coordinating testing, resources, and briefs to meet client goals. You guide testers and reviewers through onboarding, tryouts, and performance improvement, while maintaining efficient schedules and documentation. You collaborate across project managers, producers, and QA staff to streamline workflows and drive better outcomes. This role offers responsibility across multi-location labs, with a focus on leadership, process optimization, and client satisfaction.

• Maintain internal tracking for attendance, schedules, workload, and language groups

• Develop and maintain training materials and operating guidelines

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years in QA, localization, or globalization industry
• Bilingual
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong integrity and discretion with confidential information
• People management experience
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and manage groups 10-100
• Project management experience and/or training
• Bachelor's degree in language, linguistics, HR, management, or related field or equivalent work experience
• OS X, iOS, iWork, iCloud, iTunes, Windows, MS Office knowledge
• Basic HTML and Unicode knowledge
