Events Arena is a Barcelona-based B2B travel agency specialising in premium sports and cultural event packages across Europe. As an official distributor for major sports properties — football, F1, MotoGP, rugby, tennis, basketball — we work exclusively with professional clients through long-term partnerships.

The role

We are looking for an intern to work across our bookings and logistics teams. You will sit at the point where reservations become real trips: helping the team with bookings management, preparing the documents clients travel with, and keeping our operational data clean and usable.

This is a genuinely cross-functional position. You will report to both the Bookings and Logistics teams, and you will see how a package is built, sold and delivered from end to end. It suits someone who wants concrete operational experience in event travel rather than observation.

What you will do?
Bookings support

-

- Processing and following up on client reservations

- Liaising with hotel and supplier partners on confirmations and amendments

- Keeping booking files accurate and up to date in our internal tools

Logistics support

-

- Preparing client vouchers, travel documents and tickets under supervision





- Assisting with rooming lists and supplier communication

- Supporting the coordination of operational deadlines around each event

Data & continuous improvement

- Collecting and structuring operational data across bookings and logistics

- Assisting with recurring reporting and internal follow-up

- Using AI tools (mainly Claude) in daily tasks and helping test new workflows

What are we looking for?

-

- Currently enrolled in a tourism, business, logistics or related programme, with a valid internship agreement (convenio de prácticas)

- Organised, precise and attentive to detail — accuracy matters in client documents

- Comfortable with spreadsheets and learning new internal tools quickly

- Proactive: you ask questions and flag problems early

- Fluent in French and English. Spanish is a plus. xqbhyrx

- Interest in sports, events or travel is welcome
