Experteer Overview In this role you’ll lead large-scale, multi-workstream programs spanning multiple projects and teams. You’ll establish governance, manage interdependencies, and drive outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, and risk. You will enable project managers to deliver consistently while serving as the decision point across projects. You’ll work to align programs with customer and business objectives and measurable success metrics. - Define program vision, outcomes, success measures and roadmap aligned to objectives
- Lead interconnected projects, manage dependencies and tradeoffs across scope, schedule and resources
- Establish and run program governance, reporting, risk management, and escalation
- Provide direction to project managers ensuring consistent delivery standards
- Manage program-level financials including forecasting and tracking
- Identify and mitigate cross-project risks and issues
- Use data and metrics to track progress and inform decisions




- Engage stakeholders at multiple levels to maintain alignment and accountability

- Proven experience leading complex programs with multiple concurrent projects and interdependencies
- Strong expertise in program governance, planning, risk management, and delivery controls
- Experience managing program financials including forecasts and budgets
- Ability to coordinate and influence project managers and cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable program plans with clear milestones
- Experience using data, dashboards, and metrics to manage performance and predict risks
