In this role you will design and deliver DOMO-based BI solutions that translate complex data into actionable insights. You join an established client team to evolve analytics for business impact, aligning reporting with stakeholder needs. You will combine BI expertise, data analysis, and client interaction to drive data-driven decision-making. This position offers cross-functional collaboration in an international, human-centered environment with opportunities to shape analytics platforms at scale. You will work on meaningful BI transformations that support strategic outcomes for clients.

Responsabilidades

- Develop, maintain, and enhance DOMO dashboards and analytics aligned to business needs
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to extract reporting requirements
- Translate data and business needs into actionable insights for decision-making
- Support and troubleshoot BI solutions, dashboards, and data issues
- Ensure dashboards are accurate, reliable, performant, and fit for purpose




- Work across business and technical teams to align data and reporting outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BI, reporting, and analytics processes
- Support evolution of the analytics environment by improving usability and reporting quality

Requisitos principales

- Professional BI, Analytics, Data, or Reporting experience
- Hands-on DOMO experience
- Proven ability to develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting
- Understanding of data analysis, reporting concepts, and data visualization
- Experience translating business requirements into BI solutions
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary, client-facing environments
- English proficiency
