Experteer Overview
As Channel Partners Program Manager, you will help build Axon's international Partner Program from the ground up, keep partner data clean, and enable distributors and in-market teams day-to-day. You will own program design, participate in metrics tracking, and drive clear communication of milestones to distributors. The role centers on execution—scaling the program to support customers and enable growth across markets. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure distributors are ready for product updates and process improvements, in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting. This is a chance to shape how partners contribute to Axon's mission to Protect Life.

• Cross-Functional Program Operations: align rules and escalation paths with Sales, Marketing, Product, GRO/RMA, PSO, Compliance; manage escalations

Responsabilidades
• 2-4 years in channel/partner operations, customer success, sales operations, or related coordination
• Comfort working with external partners and non-native English speakers across regions
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency with CRM, reporting, and tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Google Workspace
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset; ability to manage multiple requests
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify process improvements and translate ideas into actions
