You'll join their existing SRE / DevOps team, which runs on a "follow the sun" model: engineers across the US, APAC, and Europe share 24/7 coverage, so every region can rely on fast response at any hour. Your mission is twofold: react quickly and effectively when things go wrong, and build, automate, and improve when everything runs smoothly.Your responsibilities and impact as Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps:Act as a first responder to production incidents: diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtimeTake part in a global, rotating on call schedule as part of the "follow the sun" team structureConduct root cause analyses (RCAs), implement permanent fixes, and feed lessons learned back into the development processDesign, implement, and maintain automation tools and CI/CD pipelines to streamline operations and deploymentsManage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), ensuring consistency, reliability, and securityDevelop and refine monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies (Datadog)
