Overview

In this role you will shape Factorial's financial strategy through advanced FP&A; work in a fast-growing tech environment. You will partner across the business to drive data-driven decisions, build planning models, and improve reporting and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational planning and present insights to senior management. Responsabilidades

- Build financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Support strategic decision-making with data-driven financial analysis




- Prepare monthly financial reports with variance analysis and KPIs
- Analyze financial performance and trends in depth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational goals
- Create financial presentations for senior management
- Identify process improvements and automation in reporting and planning tools

Requisitos principales

- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous FP&A; experience
- Experience in fast-growing tech companies or high-growth environments is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
