Overview

In this role you support the anti-piracy and compliance program, developing and managing leads and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. You will drive remediation and revenue through amicable negotiations with sales channels while ensuring robust case management within your region. Based in Barcelona, you will serve as a local contact for Sales Leaders and act across legal, investigative, and third-party partners to advance compliant growth. You will shape infrastructure and processes to scale the program and protect the company’s assets and revenue.

Responsabilidades

- Develop infrastructure to support the Anti-Piracy and Compliance Program growth
- Review and enhance legal support infrastructure (settlements, letters of engagement, powers of attorney)
- Enhance engagement processes with third parties supporting the program
- Monitor and coordinate activities among investigation, audit, and law firms within the region
- Liaise with Sales Channel leaders and regional/industry managers to support program objectives




- Generate and investigate high-quality leads across the region using available resources
- Issue compliance letters (soft and standard); perform follow-ups via calls or visits; draft tailored letters as needed
- Provide direct responses to compliance actions to the appropriate party
- Ensure leads and cases are accurately entered and maintained in systems; manage the Case Management System timely and accurately
