Overview

In this role you will lead and architect a multi-platform people analytics function, bridging data, experience insights, and Workday reporting. You’ll guide Visier analytics, direct Qualtrics and Workday reporting teams, and advance our Workday ecosystem to enable data-informed HR decisions. You will work with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions and dashboards. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, offering a meaningful impact on people strategy and experience programs.

Responsabilidades

- Design and implement a unified reporting framework and tool selection criteria
- Coordinate multi-platform solutions (Visier, Qualtrics, Workday Prism, Power BI) to meet business needs
- Lead and develop Qualtrics and Workday reporting teams; develop advanced dashboards and reports
- Architect and optimize Workday reporting and data integration with external platforms
- Drive governance, standards, and best practices for analytics environment




- Oversee Visier analytics alignment with organizational strategy and partner with People Insights Partners
- Guide report writers to deliver real-time workforce insights
- Stay informed on Workday roadmap and beta capabilities to leverage new features

Requisitos principales

- 7+ years in people analytics, HR reporting, or BI
- 3+ years managing technical teams
- Workday Report Writer certification (REQUIRED)
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and advanced reporting
- Strong experience with composite reporting and complex report structures
- Understanding of enterprise system integrations and cloud data warehouses
- Familiarity with Visier analytics and Qualtrics; knowledge of Power BI and Snowflake is beneficial
