Key tasks include operational support and incident management, configuration changes in Extended ECM (including the troubleshooting of Role‐Based Permissions (RBP) and access issues). The consultant will also contribute to upcoming initiatives, such as implementing the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting integration for Extended ECM workspaces.

For PowerDocs,



the consultant will focus on fixing defects and building or adapting complex document templates, as well as related document review workflows. The role also includes managing and troubleshooting the DocuSign integration and related workflows to ensure documents are generated, routed and signed correctly.

The consultant will work closely with Client's internal SAP SuccessFactors specialists, supporting them by analyzing and resolving Opentext integration issues (for example, identifying missing roles or permissions when users cannot be found in OpenText), Powerdocs token mappings, etc. The assignment is initially temporary to support ongoing initiatives, with the possibility of longer‐term collaboration. The consultant is expected to work with Client's internal teams (e.g. HR IT, ECM/SuccessFactors teams) and help build internal capabilities by sharing knowledge and supporting the training of Client resources on Extended ECM, PowerDocs and the related integrations.
