Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end data regulatory matters, shaping group-wide standards and providing business-facing legal guidance. You will collaborate with Cybersecurity, AI, and Software legal teams to translate regulations into practical templates and guidance. You will assess data localization, cross-border access, and data sovereignty, ensuring compliant deployment across Europe with selected global matters. This is a business-focused legal advisory role that supports data-driven opportunities while balancing regulatory constraints. You will work with cross-functional partners to operationalize regulatory positions and drive responsible use of data across the organization.

Responsabilidades

- Translate Data Act, Data Governance Act, cloud and cross-border rules into clauses, playbooks, and templates
- Determine appropriate contractual instrument for data holder, user, or supplier scenarios
- Monitor and interpret interactions with GDPR, NIS2, the CRA, and the AI Act
- Advise on data localization, cloud strategies, and data sovereignty across jurisdictions




- Provide legal framework guidance for industrial and operational data, including analytics and AI use cases
- Review and negotiate Data-related clauses across supplier, customer, partner, and digital-offer agreements
- Support EU data privacy under GDPR and coordinate with the DPO Office
- Train and empower the business and lawyers on day-to-day data operations and cross-functional governance

Requisitos principales

- Master’s degree in Law
- 3–5 years of relevant legal experience in technology and Data law
- Experience in data governance, data sharing and access, international transfers, cloud, and data sovereignty
- Hands-on exposure to EU Data Act or comparable regimes is a strong asset
- Solid knowledge of EU data privacy under GDPR; CIPP/E is a plus
