Experteer Overview As Tribe Lead for the Software Engineering CoE, you guide SD Worx’s shift to AI-native engineering and modern standards. You serve as a strategic advisor to engineering leadership, shaping how teams adopt AI-assisted practices and high-quality governance at scale. You’ll define the operating system for engineering, elevating maturity, enabling faster, secure software delivery while preserving team autonomy. This role offers impact across thousands of engineers and multiple countries by driving culture, standards, and continuous learning.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Set and codify world-class software engineering standards and governance across tribes
- Advise engineering leadership on modern practices and AI-native development
- Coach and influence senior technical leaders to improve engineering maturity
