Descripción de la publicación:General overview:- Underwriting of Facultative Business for the Marlin Facilities.- Liasing with Aon Reinsurance broking divisions in the EMEA Region.- Analyzing and tracking record of all risks being presented to the Marlin Facility, loading into the system, gathering of relevant information.- Assisting the EMEA brokers to find the best solution when deploying Marlin´s capacity.- Develop and maintain a good commercial / technical relationship with the EMEA network.Responsibilities:- Risk analysis/underwriting across different lines of business (Property, Power,



etc.).- Interaction with the different Aon offices in the EMEA Region.- Processing business flow in systems and documentation.- Assisting the EMEA brokers to find the best solution when deploying Marlin´s capacity.- Develop and maintain a good commercial / technical relationship with the EMEA network.Job requirements:- Preferably an academic degree (completed or in progress).- Experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry.- Work experience as an underwriter and/or broker, preferably 1 or 2 years.- Proficiency in English and Spanish.Key competencies:- Analytical ability.- General knowledge of insurance/reinsurance.- Interpersonal skills.- Teamwork.Main challenges:- Management and growth of reinsurance risk portfolios.- Develop relationships with brokers within Aon Reinsurance across the different regions.
