We are looking for a talented Fleet Distribution Agent I to join our Operations Support team within the broader Operations function. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring vehicles are allocated and moved efficiently across locations, supporting smooth fleet operations and maximizing fleet availability. **Key Responsibilities:*** Coordinate the allocation and movement of vehicles across various locations to ensure optimal fleet availability.* Provide administrative and operational support by managing fleet data, schedules, and logistics documentation.* Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain effective communication and coordination for fleet distribution activities.* Monitor vehicle status, availability, and requirements to proactively address potential shortages or surpluses.* Assist in the preparation of reports and tracking of fleet utilization under the guidance of senior team members.* Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards in all fleet operations.* Work under supervision while gradually taking on more autonomous responsibilities as experience grows. **What We’re Looking For:*** Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and other departments.* A proactive approach to problem-solving and logistics challenges.* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, operational environment.* Comfortable working with data and using basic office software for scheduling and reporting. **Adecuado Experience*** Previous experience in an administrative, logistics,
