As Presales Multi-Tech Architect you will translate customer needs into scalable, technically sound designs across the portfolio. You’ll support sales with compelling, value-driven proposals and live demonstrations, aligning technical solutions with business outcomes. You’ll work with partners and teams to shape go-to-market strategies and ensure customer requirements are met. This role offers the chance to influence large deals, drive aaS-enabled outcomes, and engage across cross-functional teams to accelerate the sales cycle.

Responsabilidades
- Articulate and design solutions that meet customer business and technical needs across hardware, software, services, and aaS offerings
- Identify risks and value points, shaping proposals and guiding the account team
- Translate functional designs into scalable technical architectures for growth
- Demonstrate solution value through live demos, POC, and customer discussions
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and technology to inform customer environments
- Collaborate with account leadership and partners to craft value propositions and opportunities
- Build and nurture the sales pipeline,
tracking opportunities from identification to close
- Document activities throughout the sales cycle and share best practices with peers
- Develop relationships with customer IT teams and executives to articulate value and outcomes
- Mentor junior team members and transfer knowledge to broader team
Requisitos principales
- 4–8 years of technical IT experience with a focus on technical consulting and solution selling
- Strong understanding of portfolio offerings and how to combine products, services, and aaS to meet customer needs
- Experience with solution configurations, demos, and POC development
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to present to executives
- Solid business acumen including understanding of KPIs, TCO/ROI, and sales lifecycle integration
- Proven ability to engage with partners and leverage a partner ecosystem for deals
- Project and time management skills with analytical problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with CRM systems and managing an enterprise sales process
