Overview

You join Factorial’s Strategy team to design scalable processes, coordinate cross-functional work, and drive data-driven partnerships. You will explore AI-enabled GTM ideas, own partner performance reporting, and help expand and replicate Spanish success across markets. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, collaborative environment. This is your chance to shape the partner strategy for a global SaaS platform.

Responsabilidades

- Develop AI-driven go-to-market ideas for partner actions and execute them
- Own partner reporting to the leadership team and suggest initiatives
- Design scalable processes and coordinate with other teams for effective implementation
- Set up and maintain tracking systems to monitor the business and inform decisions




- Identify new strategic partnerships outside Spain
- Replicate Spanish success across other markets

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Engineering
- 2-3 years in Strategy Consulting / Investment Banking / Startup / VC
- Strong interest in tech scale-ups and SaaS models
- Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyze and interpret data
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish; additional languages nice-to-have (French/German/Italian)
- Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience a plus
