The role will be based at our new technology site in Alicante. Backed by over 1,700 technologists worldwide and powered by one of Europe’s largest IoT platforms.

Your Future Team

You will join the PS2 team, one of the most critical functions in our organisation. The PS2 team defines & implements processes, tools & technical platforms that allow IT development teams to build, test, deploy, run and monitor their software, improving Software Development Life Cycle Experience and Delivery.

The Opportunity

- Lead the QA strategy by analyzing key quality metrics (defects, coverage, flakiness, MTTR, pipeline health) and identifying patterns that drive smarter decision-making.
- Turn data into action by building clear, insight-driven dashboards in Power BI and translating findings into practical recommendations that elevate quality practices across teams.
- Shape the quality narrative through strong metric-based storytelling, helping IT and QA stakeholders understand the real impact of quality, efficiency, and ROI.
- Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with QA, seniors, and service management to contextualize results, define new metrics, and support measurable ROI for quality initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- At least 7 years of provable experience in IT, with solid knowledge of software QA.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Experience in Node.js for ETL data manipulation.
- Experience with Power BI for dashboards and metric visualization.
- Knowledge of MongoDB and queries for data extraction and transformation.
- Knowledge of AI applied to metric construction and decision making.
