Experteer Overview
As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant at SD Worx, you will implement robust, future-proof SuccessFactors solutions for clients and align them with HR best practices. You will guide customers on SAP strategies, lead process walkthroughs, and design/configure systems to meet business needs. You’ll run workshops, enable knowledge transfer, and collaborate with international teams to drive innovation in HR tech. This role offers hands-on impact in shaping client HR processes and leveraging cloud solutions to transform people operations.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with HR best practices
• Guide clients on SAP best practices and roadmap alignment
• Lead client process walkthroughs to map needs to system functionality
• Design and configure SuccessFactors systems according to HR standards

Responsabilidades
• Fluency in Dutch and high level of English
• SuccessFactors Associate Certification in at least one module (Employee Central, Time Management, Onboarding, Performance u0026 Goals, Compensation, or Learning)
• Solid understanding of HR processes
• Strong communication skills for senior client stakeholders
• Proactive, enthusiastic about learning SAP technologies
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and initiative-taking
• Comfortable in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with continuous improvement
