Experteer Overview
Senior Electrical Engineer in Madrid leading design of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems for international projects. You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary design work, and ensure compliance with integral codes (NFPA/US standards) while enabling delivering complex buildings and infrastructure. You’ll work within a global, multidisciplinary team to create sustainable, high-quality electrical solutions that support clients across sectors. This role offers exposure to international projects and a chance to shape engineering standards and processes.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead design and delivery of MV/LV electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, emergency power, grounding, lightning protection)
• Prepare and review calculations, reports, specifications, and construction docs
• Develop electrical designs for small to large international projects
• Coordinate electrical designs with architecture, structures, MEP, technology, and specialists
• Make technical decisions and provide guidance through all project phases
• Plan and manage design activities, resources, budgets, and schedules
• Mentor and support junior/intermediate engineers




• Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and QA processes
• Attend client meetings, prepare proposals and presentations, maintain client relationships
• Support construction phase with clarifications and site coordination
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and processes

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Electrical Specialization), or related discipline
• Approximately 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical design consultancy, engineering, or construction projects
• Proven experience in MV/LV electrical installations for buildings and infrastructure
• Experience in sectors like commercial, healthcare, airports, industrial facilities, data centers, transportation infrastructure
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and managing technical interfaces
