Overview

In this role you will join an international SRE/DevOps team to keep high-traffic platforms reliable while driving automation and improvements. You will respond to production incidents, participate in a follow-the-sun on-call model, and implement permanent fixes through RCAs. You’ll design and maintain automation, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS infrastructure with IaC, helping to scale and secure client-centered web experiences. This is a chance to shape operations at a growing European hub and work closely with global teams and clients.

Responsabilidades

- Act as first responder to production incidents and resolve issues quickly
- Participate in global rotating on-call schedule
- Conduct RCAs and implement permanent fixes
- Design and maintain automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform
- Develop and refine monitoring,



logging, and alerting (Datadog)
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance
- Work with engineering teams across time zones to define reliability requirements and drive shared ownership
- Spend time on site with clients in Barcelona to align on technical priorities

Requisitos principales

- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE or similar
- Strong practical experience with AWS services
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues across multiple layers
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
